Welcome to Love’s! The Warehouse Maintenance Technician works in a fast-paced environment while maintaining clean and safe places. This role will perform various daily duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager to ensure proper cleanliness and maintenance standards are upheld. While working safely, this position will be responsible for all functions as it pertains to warehouse maintenance, including but not limited to, operating an industrial scrubber, power washing, sanitation, general housekeeping duties, and minor equipment repairs.

• Perform routine facilities maintenance, housekeeping, and sanitization tasks
• Ensure facility and company assets are properly secured and maintained to ensure operational readiness
• Maintain a clean, safe and productive work environment in compliance with OSHA and company directives, using safety first practices to remain accident-free
• Use all safety related PPE such as gloves, safety glasses, and harnesses or seatbelts while driving equipment
• Responsible for verifying daily safety checks of equipment
• Operate powered industry vehicles (Forklifts, Man-up Order Selectors and Floor Scrubbers) in a safe manner
• Assist with periodic inventory counts and assist in retread center activities as assigned

• No experience required; we will teach you
• Ability to operate and maintain equipment safely, including forklifts and floor scrubbers
• Willingness to use PPE and follow safety regulations
