$24 per hour

Glow Brands Maintenance techs keep the equipment and facilities at our various brand locations running in tip top shape to ensure our clients receive a consistent high‑quality experience with great results every time they visit. From repairing & maintaining tanning, spa, and workout equipment to keeping laundry and building facilities functioning, our techs are integral to our employees’ and company's overall success and brand reputation.

• Position may require two weeks of out‑of‑town training (expenses paid).
• Required to be at a location by 7:00 am Monday through Friday.
• Repair and maintain location equipment as needed.
• Maintain overall appearance of assigned facilities.
• Complete monthly parts inventory in company vehicle.
• Must be available for alternating on‑call shifts with other technicians.
• Manage daily/weekly reports and schedule accordingly.
• Track and record monthly expense reports.
• Work with location staff and others to uphold Glow Brands policies and requirements.
• Complete weekly lamp changes in tanning equipment.
• Work 5 days per week with some on‑call shifts, approximately 40‑45 h per week depending on hourly or salary status.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Mechanically inclined with basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and building materials
• Reading schematics is a plus
• Self‑motivated, able to work unsupervised in a team environment
• Accurate and attentive to detail, effective time management
• Excellent customer service skills
• Well organized
