We are seeking a Building and Grounds Supervisor who views facility stewardship as a ministry, ensuring our campus remains a safe, appealing, and functional environment.

Position Summary:
This role focuses strictly on the maintenance, mechanical systems, and exterior grounds of our campus. As we prepare for a significant building expansion project, we need a supervisor who can maintain existing infrastructure while serving as a key internal liaison for new construction activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Stewardship:
Manage and perform preventative maintenance on all mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
Capital Project Liaison:
Serve as the school's primary point of contact for the upcoming large-scale building project. You will assist in site visits, coordinate with contractors, and ensure new construction integrates seamlessly with current campus utilities.
Grounds & Athletics:
Oversee the care of all landscaping and athletic fields. Manage seasonal tasks.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all buildings meet local fire, health, and safety codes. Conduct regular inspections of playgrounds, parking lots, and structural elements.
Contractor Management:
Identify, vet, and supervise specialized trades (e.g., roofing, paving, heavy equipment) for projects beyond the scope of internal staff.
Spiritual Leadership:
Model Christian character in all interactions with students, parents, and vendors.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years in facility maintenance, with specific experience in construction oversight or large-scale capital projects, highly preferred. Deep knowledge of building systems and the ability to read technical blueprints and site plans. Strong organizational skills and the ability to provide clear updates to school leadership regarding the progress of new construction.
