Are you an experienced manufacturing leader ready to take the next step in your career?
We are seeking a Plant Manager to lead a 24/7 food manufacturing facility and oversee Safety, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and overall plant performance.
What You'll Do:- Lead daily plant operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Manage and develop production teams across all shifts.
- Oversee production planning, inventory, shipping, and customer requirements.
- Manage plant budgets, P&L, KPIs, and operational goals.
- Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other departments.
- Support capital projects, equipment improvements, and operational readiness.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- 10+ years of manufacturing/production management experience.
- Experience leading a 24/7 manufacturing facility.
- Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with spray drying, dry blending, or liquid processing.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team development skills.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP or SAGE experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field preferred.
