We're Hiring:
Value Stream Manager | Food Manufacturing | Indiana
- Lead production, safety, quality, and operational performance
- Drive continuous improvement and optimize manufacturing processes
- Oversee staffing, production planning, and regulatory compliance
- Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse teams to improve efficiency
- Support inventory management, material flow, and warehouse operations
- Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
- 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience (food manufacturing preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, FDA/USDA regulations
- Experience with continuous improvement, production operations, and KPI management
- Proven leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Experience with warehouse and inventory management is a plus
