Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our primary care leadership team in the role of Clinical Ambulatory Manager.
The clinical manager combines clinical experience and contemporary leadership practices with the IU Health Way to achieve excellent outcomes. The role is accountable for translating and achieving our strategic priorities and outcomes: quality and safety improvements, care affordability, great patient experiences, and great team member experiences. It is responsible for providing strategic vision and operational planning for the assigned unit, and for leading an inter‑professional team that empowers the team to achieve excellence in patient and organizational outcomes.
The manager will advance nursing practice by advocating and consistently embedding evidence‑based practices and professional nursing standards.
This is a fully onsite role at our Mooresville location, Monday‑Friday day shift. Preference for individuals with previous leadership experience. Open to individuals who do not possess a RN license.

Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Women's Health
- Requires a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN).
- If bachelor’s degree not in nursing, must have a Master of Nursing (MSN).
- Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Specialty certification related to nursing practice or leadership is preferred.
- Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Required Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
