HVAC Technical Sales Representative
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Travel: Up to 25%
Compensation: $80,000 - $140,000 Total Compensation (Base + Uncapped Commission)

A leading North American HVAC equipment manufacturer is seeking a Technical Sales Representative based in Indianapolis to manage and grow an established territory.

This is a consultative, relationship-driven role focused on delivering customized HVAC solutions and building strong partnerships across the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the assigned territory
- Travel up to 25% within the region
- Develop relationships with engineers, contractors, consultants, and building owners
- Promote HVAC equipment, systems, and technical capabilities
- Prepare detailed equipment recommendations and cost estimates
- Stay current on product offerings and industry advancements
- Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to support project execution
- Provide market feedback on customer needs and competitive trends
- Represent the company professionally within the marketplace
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Construction, Controls, Engineering, or Technical Sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Team-oriented with the ability to operate independently
- Valid driver's license required
- Total compensation potential of $80K-$140K+ (base + uncapped commission)
