Account Executive

Sun Polymers International/Chan Sieh Enterprises is an international chemical manufacturer supplying polyesters for the powder coating market, solid bead acrylics, waterborne resins, and liquid saturated polyesters into the Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, Elastomers (CASE) and Ink markets. We supply our products around the world and are known for our quality, innovation, and fair pricing.

Sun Polymers is currently recruiting for an Account Executive based out of our Mooresville, IN facility. This position will be a hybrid position; we anticipate approximately 30% travel at the start to increase to 50%. This individual will be selling Industrial Chemicals into a variety of end markets such as CASE, Paints, Coatings, and Inks. Experience in these fields is a plus.

Chemical experience is a must.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Design and implementation of sales strategy
• Develop new leads and accounts into the CASE and Inks market
• Technical discussions with clients to advise on products
• Budgeting of sales forecast and revenue targets
• Regular updates to Director of Sales to discuss sales targets

Candidates for this role must meet the following requirements:

• Preference of 5-10 years chemical experience
• Strong network into the CASE and Inks market is highly preferred
• Experience with Paints, Coatings, Inks
• Business development/hunter mentality
• Technical experience is a plus

Stated skills and experience must be reflected on resume.

This is not a retail-based sales or call center sales position. Experience in those fields is not comparable to what we are seeking.
