Loss Prevention Lead
Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points. Writes reports of daily activities and irregularities such as property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons or unusual occurrences. Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities. Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons. Respond to alarm company off hours calls.

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
- Maintains safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
- Knowledge of security procedures
- Ability to work effectively under stressful conditions
- Ability to establish and maintain courteous and effective working relationships with others
Exercise diplomacy when dealing with people in sensitive situations. Apply active listening techniques to obtain complete and accurate information. Function effectively as a member of a team. Communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing for the purpose of obtaining and disseminating information.

- Must be able to speak and listen on the phone.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- High School Diploma
- 2 years' experience as a security officer or law enforcement officer

The salary range posted reflects the estimated minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in:
