Industrial Reliability Maintenance Technician

As our Industrial Reliability Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the person everyone counts on to keep equipment safe, stable, and running at peak efficiency. Your day starts with a review of preventive maintenance schedules, a walk-through of the lines, and quick huddles with production to prioritize what will have the biggest impact on uptime.

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on manufacturing assets to avoid unplanned downtime.
• Inspect machinery for wear, damage, misalignment, and early signs of failure.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues.
• Replace components including bearings, chains, sprockets, belts, seals, pumps, valves, and hoses.
• Lubricate equipment and complete routine care to extend service life.
• Close out maintenance work orders with accurate notes, parts used, and time spent.
• Assist with equipment installations, plant improvement projects, and urgent/emergency repairs.
• Collaborate with production and the maintenance team to reduce downtime and boost reliability.
• Champion safety-always follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and site safety procedures.

• Hands-on preventive maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Proven mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting instincts.
• Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting capability.
• Ability to read and apply manuals, diagrams, and work orders.
• Skilled use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments-safely and confidently.
