Bauer Family Resources in Indiana seeks a compassionate Family Advocate to engage families in program services, build strengths, and connect them with community resources. You will conduct relationship-based home visits, help families set goals, and document progress to support school readiness and family growth.
This full-time role requires a high school diploma and driver’s license, Spanish language ability is a plus, and a willingness to travel up to 25% to serve communities across our area.
