This is a part-time, on-site and Remote Bookkeeper role based in Mooresville, NC. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with best practices in bookkeeping and finance. Daily tasks include managing journal entries, handling accounting software (Quick Books), assisting with budgeting, and ensuring accuracy throughout financial processes. The role requires collaboration with other team members to support seamless financial operations.

• Strong proficiency in Financial Statements and Finance-related tasks
• Proficient with Quick Books
• Knowledge of Bookkeeping practices and experience with Journal Entries
• Invoicing
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus
