American Dream Home Remodeling is growing rapidly, and we're looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and gets things done without being told every step.

This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who can independently manage multiple residential remodeling projects while delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Manage multiple residential remodeling projects simultaneously.
• Schedule subcontractors, inspections, deliveries, and project milestones.
• Communicate proactively with homeowners and keep them informed throughout the project.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure materials arrive on time.
• Identify potential issues early and develop practical solutions before they become costly delays.
• Maintain project schedules and hold subcontractors accountable for quality and deadlines.
• Perform job site visits to ensure workmanship meets company standards.
• Document project progress with notes and photos.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Work closely with sales, production, and office staff to ensure projects move smoothly.

• Has residential construction project management experience.
• Can make sound decisions without waiting for constant direction.
• Is highly organized and manages competing priorities effectively.
• Communicates confidently with homeowners, subcontractors, and team members.
• Holds subcontractors accountable while maintaining professional relationships.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel throughout the Charlotte service area.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple active projects.
