• Collaborate with the marketing team to create designs for product packaging, marketing materials, and digital platforms
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design projects
• Conceptualize and execute designs that align with brand identity and target audience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts
• Work closely with the marketing and product development team to create design assets that are both functional and visually appealing
• Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines
• Conduct market research and gather feedback to continuously improve design concepts
• Communicate and present design ideas and concepts to internal stakeholders and clients

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a consumer products company
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and Figma
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and styles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of print production and packaging design is a plus
