Technical Training Instructor

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Technical Instructor to deliver engaging, hands-on training programs that empower customers and employees to get the most out of industry-leading machinery. In this role, you'll combine your technical expertise with your passion for teaching, guiding learners through classroom, virtual, and on-site training experiences that drive confidence, performance, and long-term success.

As a key member of our Technical Training team, you'll develop training materials, create innovative learning programs, support troubleshooting efforts, and collaborate across departments to ensure our customers receive world-class training and support. • Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting aptitude
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A passion for teaching, coaching, and helping others succeed
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Technology, or equivalent technical experience

• Travel and build relationships with customers throughout North America and beyond

Travel: Up to 25% domestic and occasional international travel.
