Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Corporate Controller to oversee the full spectrum of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing experience, SAP expertise, and a strategic mindset supported by modern analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly close and prepare accurate financial statements
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and internal controls
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies
• Supervise and mentor accounting team members
• Coordinate annual audits and interface with external auditors
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and leadership to improve financial performance
• Utilize SAP ERP and Power BI or Tableau for real-time reporting and insights

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)
• 7+ years of accounting experience, including leadership roles in manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and financial planning
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and reporting
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
