Provide quality, accurate and timely customer service involving daily processing of financial transactions and opening accounts in a retail banking environment.;
Introduce bank products and services through outreach to prospects and provide tailored recommendations to existing clients to deepen relationships.;
Cross-sell and make referrals to bank partners to generate new business and deepen existing client relationships.;
Provide teller and platform support as needed to minimize client wait times and ensure quality service; process deposits, currency handling, and cashing checks; open checking and savings accounts; other deposit services.;
Assist client with loan applications for personal/retail consumer needs and hand off processing to the appropriate associate.
