A full-time contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Mooresville, NC, covering a maternity leave assignment within a school setting. Key responsibilities include conducting evaluations and delivering therapy primarily in group sessions of 2-4 students. The caseload involves addressing a wide range of speech challenges, including general speech needs for 55 students and specialized support for 10 students using AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices. Additionally, the position involves working with two self-contained classrooms and co-treatment sessions with the lead occupational therapist, emphasizing a multidisciplinary approach.

- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC)
- Experience working in school-based settings (SLP - School)
- Proficiency in managing diverse caseloads, including AAC device users
