Agile Coach

Location:

Mooresville, NC

Skillsets - Dev Ops, good in Jenkins, containerization, GCP (Carbon platform in GCP), Git, Aptitude

Engineering side - some body helping with team coding, test automation, branching strategy

Other person in Springboot, testing automation

Agree on Enablement Plan, the Approach and Targets for Agile, Dev Ops and Tooling transformation roadmap

Select areas which are well suited for an Agile and Dev Ops model

Formation of team for Proper Enablement and coaching support

Initiate a baseline assessment of the current maturity

Define framework on how to govern the products/projects

Define Organizational communication plan on the Why, What and How of agility

Assess the current process, journey map for improvement and documenting the observed progress

Initiate enablement of the team members on Technical, Culture, Agile and Role specific areas as they relate to agile;
Technical skills include, Jenkins, containerization, Git, GCP (Carbon Platform in GCP), branching strategy, Springboot

Implement and Capture KPI's for the product and team on how to measure team & product maturity

Equip the existing team and the new hires with necessary trainings and workshops to enhance Agile, Dev Ops, Software Engineering practices like Architectures, Coding Guidelines, Testing, Automation and Governance

Implement the enablement program with classes, covering agile principles, cultures and behaviors, high level software engineering concepts, and practices of Dev Ops including Continuous Planning, Continuous Validation, Continuous Build and Integration, and Continuous Delivery and Deployment

Bring in Best Practices from various engagements to improve the efficiency, productivity and to make this a high performing team

Help Lowes in identifying and transferring resources to roles in a smooth and frictionless manner

Continued enablement and upskilling of the Lowes team through ongoing training, workshops, mentoring and coaching

Understand the necessary Tooling skills and capabilities for the team and provide raining and coaching support

There shall be regular evaluations on the improvements through training and continuous feedback for improvement
