Buyer Sourcing Manager

SHD Composite Materials Inc seeks a Buyer Sourcing Manager to lead purchasing of advanced composite materials for aerospace, automotive, renewable energy and other high performance markets. You will develop sourcing strategies, qualify and negotiate with global suppliers, and ensure reliable, cost effective supply of prepregs, resins and adhesives. Partner closely with engineering, production and quality teams in an engineering driven, customer focused culture to support new programs, cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement in a fast growing manufacturing environment.
