The Maintenance Manager leads maintenance operations to keep our manufacturing equipment running safely, reliably, and at peak performance. This role plays a critical part in supporting continuous production, driving efficiency, and building a strong, safety‑first maintenance team. At Mac Lean‑Fogg, you’ll lead improvement initiatives that reduce downtime, strengthen reliability, and make a real impact on our operations and customers.

• Lead all maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient equipment performance.
• Develop and implement standard maintenance procedures and best practices.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Plan and schedule labor, materials, and work orders to meet production needs.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs, including uptime, reliability, and work order completion.
• Analyze equipment performance data and drive corrective actions and improvements.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to support manufacturing goals.
• Promote and enforce safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
• Conduct routine facility and equipment inspections to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Hire, coach, and develop maintenance team members through performance management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in maintenance supervision or a related manufacturing role.
• Strong understanding of maintenance practices supporting continuous production environments.
