Position: Restaurant Manager (Sundays off)
No early mornings, late nights, and Sundays off!

This opportunity is with a hot new Fast Casual Taco concept growing in the Mooresville, NC area. The franchise owner is opening the 1st store in September and needs to hire 2 Assistant Salaried Managers to begin training. They plan to open 3 locations in the next 5 years and continue growth throughout Mooresville and Huntersville after.

These 2 hires will be first in line for a quick General Manager promotion.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a regional or national Quick Service or Fast Casual concept
  • Highly motivated, self-directed and results-oriented, with the proven ability to solve complex problems
  • Outstanding skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, and staff development
  • Able to identify opportunity areas and create plans for action
  • Proven track record in managing a budget and cost controls to optimize profits and ensure success

SALARY RANGE & BENEFITS

  • $50,000 - $60,000 + bonus package and profit sharing
