Whatyou'll do
Growth Focused Leadership - The assistant spa manager will be running the front desk of the spa, training sales associates, and working closely with our spa managers to produce both a client and team focused culture.
Member Conversion and Customer Service-As a key member of the management team, you will lead by example in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You enjoy connecting with clients to provide personalized membership and service recommendations, while effectively coaching and motivating the sales team to achieve goals.
Promote Health and Wellness – You are passionate about (or eager to learn) the benefits of massage therapy and skincare services. You take pride in educating guests and members about services, enhancements, products, and memberships that support their wellness journey.
Multi-Tasking Expertise You bring hands‑on experience managing or supporting daily spa operations—such as appointment scheduling, payroll, inventory, reporting, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. You thrive in a dynamic setting that requires efficiency and attention to detail.
Passion to Drive Results – You understand how your actions impact business performance and adapt your approach to meet operational and sales objectives. You’re flexible with scheduling and available to support the business during evenings, weekends, and peak hours.
Proactive not Reactive
- You embody a proactive mindset—anticipating needs, solving problems early, and taking initiative without delay. You bring a positive “can‑do” attitude, consistently following through and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Have 3+ years of experience in the salon, spa, retail, upscale fitness, or hospitality industry.
- Able to achieve sales targets and enjoy building a successful and inspired sales team that achieves their targets.
- Possess a passion for promoting the benefits of massage, skincare, and wellness.
- Able to maintain a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends.
- Annual Compensation $45,000 - $60,000 (including competitive BONUS, huge earning potential)
