- Operate and maintain your assigned production line efficiently and safely.
- Perform quality checks and ensure documentation is completed accurately.
- Adjust machinery and troubleshoot issues to keep production flowing.
- Participate in team-based problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Keep your area clean and organized (6S environment).
- Train on and become certified in at least three workstation areas.
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- At least 6 months of recent manufacturing or military experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong attention to detail and a team-first mindset.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Comfortable standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and climbing stairs.
- Willingness to learn forklift operation (training provided).
- Slip-resistant steel-toe/composite shoes
