Overview

MSI Defense Solutions is a growing defense contractor supporting U.S. government and allied customers. Our work spans mobility and ground vehicle platforms, weapons integration, and counter-UAS / air defense systems. MSI offers a collaborative, hands-on environment where individuals have real ownership and visibility into the impact of their work. This posting is intended to build a talent pipeline for future Production openings, including (but not limited to):

• Automotive Mechanics
• Fabricators / Welders
• Shock Assembly Technicians
• Inventory & Materials Support
• Skilled Production & Shop Labor

• Perform hands-on mechanical, fabrication, assembly, or inventory work in a production/shop environment
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and quality standards
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area
• Take pride in workmanship and contribute to continuous improvement

• Experience in automotive, manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, or skilled labor environments
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction while also working independently
• Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Due to the nature of our work with government customers, all candidates must be able to meet the following requirements:

• U.S. Person status as defined by ITAR
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, if required for the role
• Compliance with applicable background and employment eligibility requirements

Defense or government contracting experience is a plus, but not required for all roles.
