TWO JOB OPENINGS AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE:

1. CNC Mill Operator with at least 2-5 years of experience.

2. Experienced machinist proficient in setting up HAAS mills.

Established in 1995, Advanced Industrial Located in a 20,000 SF Facility that offers a very clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing environment with 25 HAAS CNC Machine tools. This position is in a fast-paced, team-work-oriented, demanding job shop environment with high customer expectations. Check out our website at

Advanced Industrial specializes in relatively small parts out of Engineering and High-Performance Plastics in runs of 20 to 500+ pcs with tight tolerances.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The ideal candidate must be able to excel in a performance oriented, set-up intensive, job shop environment
• This person will be required to machine tight tolerance custom parts from blueprint drawings on HAAS CNC Machine Tools without supervision
• The ability to read calipers, micrometers and other measuring devices is required.
• We are looking for a person that has experience in running HAAS CNC Mills
• Attendance is a high priority for us!

Incentives:

• Salary Range $20.00/hr - $30.00/hr depending on experience PLUS Virtually unlimited Overtime
• Overtime Bonuses of up to $10,000.00 per year!
• We offer 3% IRA Contributions and 20 PTO days per year (Including Holidays)

Hours:
This is a Day Time Shift Position

Good references required

EDUCATION

• Required:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred:
  Trade School or Machine Shop Experience

EXPERIENCE

• Required:
  
  3-5 years of CNC Mill experience in a job shop machining facility. Experience in machining plastics would be a big plus!

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:

• Machining custom machined parts in a setup intensive, customer-driven environment
• Exhibit some proficiency with HAAS CNC Mills
