Schedule:

3rd Shift, 9:45 PM – 6:00 AMPay: $21.00–$24.00 per hour (experience/qualifications)

Full-time / Hourly How you’ll make an impact

Operate mechanical screw machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.

Verify quality with the right gaging; ensure parts meet spec every time.

Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to resolve operating issues.

Interpret blueprints as needed to set up, inspect, and validate work.

Document production and quality data with accuracy.

Maintain a tidy, efficient work area using 5S.Adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality procedures.

What you’ll need to succeed2–5 years of experience in a similar machining/production role.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong ownership.

Comfort reading work instructions and following written/verbal direction.

Intermediate math plus clear written and verbal communication.

Proficiency with measurement tools and gages.

Skill addressing complex equipment issues within role scope.

Solid, hands-on knowledge of screw machine operations and production flow.

Work Environment &

Physical Requirements Employees in this role regularly work in a manufacturing environment and are required to stand for extended periods. The position involves repeatedly lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing or pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds, frequent bending and stooping, handling small objects with sufficient dexterity, and working in noisy environments.
