Nowell Care at Home is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing team. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to clients in the comfort of their homes while ensuring safety, dignity, and comfort.
Responsibilities- Providing skilled nursing care under the supervision of an RN
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and progress
- Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
- Communicating with healthcare providers, clients, and families
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Current LPN license in North Carolina (or compact state)
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Previous home care or clinical experience preferred
