Help build our traceability systems, work with contract manufacturers, and establish AS9100-aligned processes.
About the RoleEstablish manufacturing discipline, serialization workflows, and quality systems that make every module audit-ready from day one.
Responsibilities- Build traceability and serialization workflows across module families
- Partner with contract manufacturers on process control and inspection
- Develop quality procedures aligned with defense customer expectations
- Support compliance documentation and CoC generation
- 5+ years manufacturing or quality engineering in electronics
- Experience with CM relationships, IPC standards, or AS9100 awareness
- Strong process documentation and traceability mindset
- Comfort working in early-stage production environments
