We are seeking a personable, take-initiative individual with a passion for craft beverages and experience with customer service, food service, and fulfilling deadline-driven demands. This position offers full-time employment with benefits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fulfilling retail walk-in, online and wholesale coffee orders and assist with customer service initiatives. Being able to greet walk-in customers with a smile and can-do attitude, combined with an interest in continuous learning and building a career in this industry is desired.
We are an artisan, small batch coffee roaster located north of Charlotte, NC in the high growth area of Mooresville/Lake Norman area. We sell our daily roasted coffee online to consumers across the country, locally in a small retail shop at the roastery, and to a wide variety of wholesale customers including cafes, restaurants, hospitality venues, corporate customers, and major grocery retailers in the Southeast.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist retail customers with purchases, product recommendations, and general customer service
- Assist with daily coffee cuppings, customer support and production tasks
- Package, label, and prepare coffee orders for wholesale and online customers
- Support fulfillment and organization of online orders and wholesale accounts accurately and on schedule
- Maintain and monitor inventory levels for packaging and supplies
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of production and retail areas
- Troubleshoot issues and proactively solve problems as they arise
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively, even during interruptions
- Work closely with team members to maintain workflow efficiency and meet deadlines
- Assist with receiving shipments and stocking inventory
- Follow food safety, quality control, and operational procedures
- High School Diploma; or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in food production
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and remain productive in a fast-paced environment
