Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including assisting with access control and visitor direction.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor and report unusual conditions, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate site personnel and/or Allied Universal leadership.;
Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation in accordance with site-specific procedures.
