BG Staffing in Mooresville, NC is hiring a Make Ready Technician to prepare apartments for move-ins and support daily maintenance. This hands-on role requires experience in general repairs, unit turns, and fast-paced property operations.
Pay is $18 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule 9:00 am–6:00 pm. Responsibilities include completing unit turns, electrical, plumbing, carpentry repairs, installing hardware, troubleshooting appliances, and communicating progress with onsite staff.
