Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Our agency opened in 2019 and is a strong team of six focused on growth, development, and making an impact in our community. We are highly involved in the community, hosting events and supporting a wide range of youth sports programs.

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace.

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers’ needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
