* Job Description:
*** Instruct student-athletes in ways to strengthen their Soccer Skills and teamwork skills.
* Skills in Soccer with a solid understanding of rules, gameplay, and training techniques.
* Exceptional Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, staff, and administration.
* Proficiency in Coaching strategies and in leading and mentoring student-athletes.
* Monitor student-athletes academic and athletic performance.
* Proven ability to create a positive and inclusive team environment.
* Additional Duties as assigned to support the overall function of the athletic department.
* Potentially teach limited classes as assigned in Health & Human Performance.
* Serve as an assistant in Game Operations for selected sports.
* Contribute to student growth and development.
* Support Minnesota State University Moorhead's strategic priority of creating a campus community that is diverse, inclusive, globally aware, and just.
** Salary Range:
** Fiscal Year 2027 rates: $50,065 - $61,958 annually.

* Minimum Qualifications:
*** Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
* Commitment to academic success of student-athletes.
* Coaching experience at collegiate level or Club Level.
* Ability to recruit top level student-athletes.
* Effective communication and computer skills.
*
* Preferred Qualifications:
*** Skills/ability to integrate technology to enhance learning and teaching.
* Two years of Collegiate Soccer coaching.
* Knowledge of NCAA Division II and the NSIC conference rules and regulations.
** Other Requirements:
*** The successful candidate must be able to lawfully accept employment in the United States by the day employment begins. The University regrets that we are unable to offer H1-B sponsorship at this time.
* Official transcript(s) from all degree granting institutions must be provided to the Office of Human Resources prior to first duty day.
