This is a 5th-grade teaching position within our Spanish Immersion Program, focusing on Reading and Science taught in English.
Under the direction of Building Administration, the licensed teacher is responsible for developing and supporting curriculum in assigned instructional subjects; facilitates instruction, evaluates and assesses student progress against instructional outcomes and objectives. Collaborates with other instructional professionals, administrators, parents, counselors, and other district personnel concerning student needs, issues and district learning initiatives, curriculum and building issues.

Salary: $48,938 to $95,797 Per Year
- Provides and delivers classroom instruction to students incorporating the essential elements of instruction.
- Plans and develops instruction and assessment in alignment with approved curriculum and district strategic priorities.
- Establishes and maintains management in the classroom, school premises or during school activities by communicating expectations.
- Collaborates with educational professionals and administrators regarding the needs of students, instructional needs, new instructional technologies or approaches to student problems, learning or curriculum.
