Job DescriptionMoorhead Area Public Schools – ISD 152 seeks Spanish Immersion Teachers in Moorhead, MN. Multiple Openings.
Duties include:
- Provide Spanish language instruction at elementary school level
- Review and develop Spanish language curriculum
- Create Spanish language lesson plans
- Assess language education program needs and modify instruction methods
- Prepare and maintain orderly classroom with emphasis on ensuring student safety
- Maintain regular hours for parent communication, hold parent-teacher conferences, and prepare written reports on student development
- Participate in school mentoring activities, serve on at least one school committee, support enrollment and development activities, and attend school events.
Position requires a Bachelor’s deg. in Education, Spanish, or a related field; position also requires fluency in Spanish and a valid MN teaching license for Elementary Education.
Salary range: $48,938/yr to $95,797/yr DOE + benefits including medical, life, and disability insurance. Teacher Master Agreement
