Packaging & Warehouse Technician Entry Level

$23.46 with Training and Progression to $38.95, rotating 12hr shift schedule. Benefits start day one:

The technician will safely perform basic equipment care and basic mobile equipment, operate industrial packaging lines while providing packaging equipment support. Duties include sanitation, dust abatement, food safety inspections and documentation, and understanding equipment operating principles.

• High School diploma or GED certificate.
• Must pass a safety screen evaluating ability to safely perform duties.
• Must read and write in English to comprehend technical literature and SDS information.

• Work independently and in a team environment.
• Communicate effectively and trained in emergency evacuation procedures.
• Know GMPs, safety rules, procedures and SDS information for packaging area.
• Use GMP and PPE equipment. Occasionally exposed to noise >85 dB.
• Airborne sugar dust exposure varies from light to heavy.
• External environment temperatures vary from cool to moderately hot; PPE and dust respirator fit testing required.

$22.73 – $38.95 per hour.
