Ag Repairman

Entry Level – Day Shift – $38.31 /hr.

• Ensure proper installation, modification and maintenance of all beet receiving facilities, including truck scales, piler trucks, loaders, support equipment and the fabrication of components for inventory use.
• Lead safety programs and deliver safety training to the company.
• Plan job details independently and operate pay loaders, skid‑steer loaders and sugar‑beet pilers safely.
• Create and manage work orders using the company’s computerized maintenance management system, estimating time and material requirements.
• Verify stock status on parts required for maintenance activities.
• Use troubleshooting and problem‑solving techniques to resolve equipment or process issues.

• High School diploma or GED certificate.
• Completion of a Mechanical Aptitude Test, a Basic Skills Test and a Welding test.
• Current DOT physical examination certification (DOT health card) with ability to recertify.
• Compliance with all DOT requirements, including random drug testing.
• Excellent reading, writing and communication skills.
• Class A or B Driver’s License with a CDL obtained within 45 days of employment.
