Novolex in Moorhead, MN is hiring a Hot Press Operator for the Day Shift (7:00 am–7:00 pm, rotating weekends). You will operate thermoforming machinery safely, keep quality and efficiency at target levels, and meet production quotas.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting to fix machine issues, documenting production data, assisting less experienced staff, and following all safety and housekeeping guidelines.
