** Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21.59 per hour*
* ** Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, rotating schedule including weekends*

** What's a typical day as a Line Operator? You'll be:*
* + Managing material flow from the Hot Press machine to the Printer machine to ensure efficient production

+ Feeding materials into machines and removing defective products while maintaining quality standards

+ Keeping your area safe, clean, and organized, and completing housekeeping paperwork promptly

+ Stacking products on pallets and reporting any concerns regarding health, safety, hygiene, quality, or efficiency to your supervisor

+ Adhering to all company rules, policies, and safety regulations

+ Supporting the production team and performing other duties as assigned

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (highly preferred)

+ Can follow specific standard operating instructions with attention to detail

+ Possess strong hand/eye coordination for product handling and can perform skillful, quick actions

+ Are comfortable working in an industrial environment with moving equipment, conveyor systems, and machine noise

+ Can make decisions quickly and solve problems effectively

+ Have basic computer and troubleshooting skills

+ Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and knowledge of product quality standards

+ Can work independently with little supervision and maintain a positive, professional attitude
