* ** Shift: 7 am - 7 pm, rotating schedule including weekends, temp to hire*

** What's a typical day as Printer Operator? You'll be:*
* + Setting up, operating, and maintaining printing equipment for molded fiber products

+ Ensuring print quality meets established specifications and standards

+ Performing routine equipment checks and troubleshooting to minimize downtime

+ Inspecting products for defects and making machine adjustments as needed

+ Completing end-of-shift paperwork and maintaining accurate production records

+ Supporting less experienced team members and collaborating with the production team

+ Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area

+ Reporting any health, safety, hygiene, quality, or efficiency concerns to the supervisor

+ Following all company policies, rules, and safety regulations

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (highly preferred)

+ Can follow specific standard operating instructions and procedures

+ Possess strong hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity

+ Are comfortable working in an industrial environment with moving equipment and machine noise

+ Have basic computer and troubleshooting skills

+ Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication abilities

+ Can quickly make decisions and solve problems independently

+ Maintain a positive and professional attitude

+ Are flexible and willing to perform other duties as assigned
