Evening Shift Production Associate

Marvin is seeking an Evening Shift Production Associate to help manufacture premium windows, doors, and skylights in our Warroad facility. In this hands-on role, you'll operate on an assembly line, follow work instructions, and use basic tools and equipment to build high-quality products. Responsibilities include assembling components, inspecting parts for quality, handling materials, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Responsibilities

• Operate on an assembly line to build windows, doors, and related components to specification.
• Follow standard work instructions, diagrams, and production schedules to meet daily targets.
• Inspect parts and finished products for defects, accuracy, and overall quality.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and basic production machinery safely and effectively.
• Handle, move, and stage materials and finished goods in designated areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Report equipment issues, quality concerns, and safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders to achieve production and quality goals.
• Accurately record production counts, basic data, and any required documentation.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement activities to enhance skills and production processes.
