Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN​/Registered Nurse; RN Charge - Part-Time NOC Shift

Job Overview

Eventide on Eighth Care Center seeks an RN or LPN for part‑time Night‑On‑Call shifts. The shift is a 12‑hour day (6:30 pm‑7:00 am) with the 3rd holiday rotation.

• Active MN LPN or RN license, or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Experience in long‑term care preferred, but not required.

• Assess residents’ needs and health status through physical assessments, observations, and interviews continuously.
• Provide individual attention to maintain residents’ highest physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being.
• Follow and update residents’ plans of care, including interdisciplinary plans, physician orders, and C.N.A./NA‑R care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitoring effectiveness.
• Provide direct nursing care in line with established policies and standards.
• Comply with MN or ND Department of Health, CMS, and Eventide policies.
• Document accurately in electronic medical records.
• Assist in orientation/training of new team members.
• Report residents’ needs, problems, and observations to Charge Nurse or attending physician.
• Ensure proper staffing levels for each shift.
• Monitor subordinate staff activities and participate in disciplinary processes.
• Communicate residents’ needs to eligible care staff.
• Interact with physicians and other facilities as needed.
• Update nursing skills through in‑services, continuing education, and staff meetings.
• Coordinate and participate in resident care conferences, informing families.
• Report incidents or abuse/neglect promptly per policy.
• Manage electronic timecards daily.
• Assist with additional duties as required.

Estimated pay range: $36–$40.32 per hour for RN, $29–$32.48 per hour for LPN, based on qualifications, experience, and location. Shift premiums and differentials apply. Eventide reimburses the fee for obtaining a border‑state license for ND nurses. Impact: $5 per hour NOC differential and $2 per hour weekend differential.
