Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN​/Registered Nurse; RN Charge - Night Shift - Eventid

Eventide on Eighth Care Center is seeking an RN/LPN to work full‑time night shifts (12‑hour shift, 6:30 pm–7:00 am) with every third holiday rotation.

Eventide will reimburse the fee to obtain a border‑state license upon hire for ND nurses. Additional shift differentials: $5 per hour for NOC shifts and $2 per hour for weekend shifts.

• Active MN LPN or RN license, or able to obtain one upon hire.
• Experience in long‑term care preferred but not required.

• Assess residents’ needs and health status through physical assessments, observations, and interviews.
• Provide individual support to help residents maintain or attain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being.
• Observe and update residents’ plans of care as needed, including interdisciplinary care plans, physician orders, and C.N.A./NA‑R care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitoring efficacy and safety.
• Deliver direct nursing care according to established policies, procedures, and standards.
• Comply with Minnesota or North Dakota Department of Health and Centers for Medicare/Medicaid Services regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation in residents’ electronic medical records.
• Assist in orientation and training of new team members.
• Report resident needs, problems, and observations to the Charge Nurse and/or attending physician.
• Ensure adequate staffing and correct staffing shortages.
• Supervise subordinate staff and participate in the disciplinary process as needed.
• Communicate residents’ needs to care staff and coordinate care conferences.
• Provide education and support to residents and families.
• Report incidents or evidence of abuse, neglect, or violation of residents’ rights promptly.
• Manage electronic timecards daily.
• Assist with additional tasks as required by Eventide’s commitment to quality resident care.

Pay ranges: $36–$40.32 per hour for RNs and $29–$32.48 per hour for LPNs, based on qualifications, experience, and location. Shift premiums and differentials are available for selected positions.
