Job Overview

Eventide on Eighth Care Center in Moorhead, MN, is hiring a Full‑Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the evening shift (2:30 pm‑11 pm). The position requires every other weekend and holiday rotation, 56 hours per pay period, with a set two‑week schedule.

• Provide individualized attention to encourage residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial wellbeing.
• Carry and follow assigned resident care plan at all times.
• Assist with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, incontinent care, toileting, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, and other duties as indicated on the care plan.
• Maintain residents’ comfort, privacy, and dignity; interact with warmth and compassion.
• Follow safety policies and procedures for residents, others, property, and yourself.
• Comply with the North Dakota Department of Health and CMS regulations.
• Understand residents’ rights and promptly report any abuse or neglect.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment, including laundry assistance when needed.
• Respond promptly to call lights and alarms.
• Check vital signs, weight, apply lotions, and other tasks as required.
• Lift, move, and transport residents using appropriate equipment.
• Escort residents for appointments and activities.
• Document and record care and other pertinent information.
• Follow infection control procedures and hand hygiene.

• Current Minnesota Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.

Base hourly rate ranges from $22.00 to $24.64, with shift premiums and differentials available. The position offers a competitive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability insurance; a 403(b) plan with employer match; paid time off; and other perks.
