Job Summary

Eventide on Eighth Care Center in Moorhead, MN is hiring part‑time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for the day shift (6:30 am‑3 pm). The position includes a set two‑week schedule with an every‑other weekend and holiday rotation. Competitive base wage plus shift differentials for evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends.

• Provide individualized attention to support each resident’s physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being.
• Carry and follow assigned resident care plans at all times.
• Assist residents with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, incontinent care, toileting, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, and other tasks as indicated.
• Maintain resident comfort, privacy, and dignity with warmth and compassion.
• Follow safety policies and procedures for residents, staff, and property.
• Comply with rules from the North Dakota Department of Health and the Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services.
• Understand residents’ rights, report incidents or evidence of abuse, neglect, or violations promptly.
• Maintain a safe, neat, and clean environment.
• Respond promptly to residents’ call lights and alarms.
• Perform tasks such as checking vital signs, recording weights, applying lotions, etc.
• Lift, move, and transport residents using appropriate aids as directed by care plans.
• Assist and escort residents to appointments and activities as needed.
• Document and record care provided and other relevant information.
• Follow infection control procedures: wash hands, use gloves, and dispose of soiled materials.
• Assist with resident personal laundry as required.

• Current Minnesota Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.

Pay range: $22‑$24.64 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and location. Shift premiums and differentials are available. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability insurance; a 403(b) with employer match; paid time off; and other perks.
