Overview

The Produce Department Lead is responsible for assisting and ensuring exceptional operational standards are adhered to in the Produce Department, Chop Shoppe and/or Juicery areas. They will ensure each area is fully stocked with fresh product and appeals to guests.

Responsibilities
  • Stock shelves and build displays for produce, Chop Shoppe, and Juicery areas.
  • Prepare all fresh‑cut fruits, vegetables, and freshly made juices.
  • Cull, rotate, and pull products of less than high quality.
  • Track shrink, verify production logs, and schedule inventory.
  • Order product and ensure food safety standards are exceeded.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, maintain superior quality and freshness of all products.
  • Engage guests with fresh product samples and suggestive selling.
  • Create a fun and friendly atmosphere for guests.
  • Understand and comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Pay Range

USD $15.00 - USD $21.00 /Hr.
