Assists hotel sales department with various administrative and sales duties.;
Answers hotel phones, greets visitors and provides information as requested for the sales office.;
Maintains hotel sales office files and ensures that sales office is kept neat and clean and that business center is fully stocked.;
Prepares hotel sales reports as directed and updates reader boards.;
Finalizes Banquet Event Orders (BEO) and rooming lists for functions.
