We are the regional law enforcement leader in northwest Minnesota and we are hiring motivated entry‑level and experienced lateral officers. We set the standard for service, integrity, and community connection.
Salary & Incentives- 2026 Salary Range: $74,742 – $105,267 ($35.93 – $50.60/hr).
- Hiring Incentive/Bonus:
Up to $3,500 for entry‑level; $5,000 for qualified lateral hires. - Salary increases on anniversary date + 6% COLA increase January 2027.
12‑hour shifts with every other weekend off.
