Full‑time Loss Prevention Officer
Location:
Moorhead, MN
Full time, 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities- Identify shoplifters through floor patrol and closed‑circuit TV.
- Report writing.
- Interact with local law enforcement agencies as needed.
- Provide courtroom testimony as required.
- Pre‑employment criminal background and drug screen.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for up to 3‑4 hours at a time.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to communicate clearly and accurately through verbal and written means.
- Ability to write legible, accurate, and easily understood reports.
- Assertive, yet controlled, in dealing with confrontation.
- Trustworthy and able to work under little or no direct supervision.
- Attendance for scheduled shifts; tardiness and absenteeism are not tolerated.
- Previous loss prevention experience a plus, but not a requirement.
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).
- Criminal justice or related studies a plus.
Paid training provided.
Pay: $23.00 per hour.
401(k).
